This painting describes the moment of Jesus’ death.
When He died for the Father’s will, we were saved from our sins because salvation was granted to us through that action, through the death of Christ. The Spirit of God is shown holding Jesus tenderly.

​I tried to express the moment of Jesus’ death, and the emotion and grief that the Father felt. The people in the background represent Us, the receivers of this salvation and sacrifice.. He died so that we would be free.
